Hotel Ambadi, Thekkady

My stay at the hotel left much to be desired. While the location was convenient for tourist attractions and the staff were kind, the room was damp and the dining experience was quite disappointing. The facilities seemed well-maintained, but overall, some aspects definitely need improvement.

My experience at Hotel Ambadi was a mix of positives and negatives. The ambiance was stunning, and the food had some standout dishes, especially the traditional Kerala options. However, the service was extremely disappointing, with rude staff and very slow service. It seems like they need to focus on their service quality to match the beautiful setting and decent food offerings.

The hotel has a beautiful exterior and is ideally located near restaurants and attractions like the National Park. My room had a lovely balcony, but the interior cleanliness left much to be desired, and service was lacking. While the dining experience was pleasant, there were issues with staff attentiveness and food quality. There’s also a quirky note about the mischievous monkeys, so be cautious with your belongings!

During my stay at Hotel Ambadi, I enjoyed the beautiful ambiance and overall design, but was let down by the cleanliness and service. The location is fantastic, being close to several attractions, making it ideal for sightseeing.
